Customer-friendly terms
Exact fees, warranty periods and storage timeframes have not been supplied. They remain clearly marked until approved by TavMobile’s administrator.
Ask a policy questionWhere the fault is unclear, inspection or diagnostics may be required before a final repair option and price can be confirmed. Exact diagnostic fees, if any, require administrator approval before publication.
If testing reveals additional damage or the repair scope changes, TavMobile should explain the revised option and cost. Further paid work should proceed only after customer approval.
Time estimates are based on the known fault and part availability. Some devices require extended testing, and uncommon parts may need to be specially ordered.
Customers should back up important data where possible. TavMobile cannot guarantee preservation of data during every inspection, software procedure or repair.
Moisture damage can worsen over time and may affect multiple components. Cleaning or treatment does not guarantee recovery, data preservation or long-term reliability.
Hidden or pre-existing damage may only become visible after inspection. Fragile, previously repaired or damaged screens and housings can carry additional opening risk, which should be discussed before work begins.
Warranty coverage, exclusions and claim procedures vary by repair, part, device condition and supplier. Exact warranty periods and terms require administrator approval before publication.
Collection reminders, storage periods, fees and disposal procedures must be confirmed by TavMobile’s administrator before an uncollected-device policy is published.
Highly complex motherboard or microsoldering work may fall outside TavMobile’s normal repair scope. After diagnosis, referral may be recommended where appropriate.
One important reminder
Opening or testing a device can reveal damage that was not visible at intake. If the scope changes, TavMobile should explain the revised option and cost before additional paid work proceeds.
